I could probably go in and fuss these up a bit more, but I like to leave some parts under developed. When I look at the pile and to try to whip them into shape for a painting, I find myself surrendering to the insanity of imposing on the sweet chaos of a pile of sea weed, stones, sacks... and try to focus on their conditional delivery by a wave for a moment of seeing, to be suddenly swept away again at any moment.
